FAQ's Page Functionality
- Where are the pictures?
Pictures can be found by clicking on the Part Number from the listing page, they will be located in the detailed page.
Thumbnails can be found when using the Search feature.
- Where are all the products?
Products can be found on the left side pane under the title products, this displays
broad categories of products. Look under the ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS listing for items that do not fall into the categories above. The Search feature can also be used.
- What is in stock?
Our cart has real time inventory!
- Product shows out of stock.
We order in products every week, you can wait for a product to become available or better yet phone us on Saturday for ETA's
- Product shows HAZ.
See our Shipping Info page in the navigation pane for details.
Products with HAZ may require special shipping. These products can not be
shipped out of the contiguous USA.
- Foriegn Orders
Shop using our cart.
At Checkout fill out the form, select a state as outside of the USA.
Choose your country. Using the drop down box select the payment method as E-Mail.
Click on Check Out (2-3 screens).
At check out an ERROR Message
may appear stating "There are no methods available for your shipping destination" disregard this message!
You are done!
We need to obtain your
credit card information (if not on file) to process your order.
If you do not require a shipping quote place 1/2 your credit card number in the Additional Information Area.
E-mail us with the other 1/2 of your card number along with the experation date.
NO items marked a HAZ may be shipped out of the USA.
FAQ's Shipping
- How is the shipping charge determined?
Our site uses the current UPS rate chart to calculate shipping. A box charge of $1.00 is added to every order.
- I want my motors to ship via USPS but can only select UPS.
If you do not select the HAZ-MAT shipping product in the Special Shipping area we will ship via USPS and use the calculated shipping charge.
- When will my order ship?
We process order every day expect Friday & Sunday. After processing we ship on
the next Monday, Wednesday or Friday.
- Can I use Next Day Air ?
No, because we process orders after the normal business day this is not possible.
- Foriegn Orders
Shop using our cart.
At Checkout fill out the form, select a state as outside of the USA.
Choose your country. Using the drop down box select the payment method as E-Mail.
Click on Check Out (2-3 screens).

FAQ's Haz-Mat
- I want my motors to ship via USPS (becasue they qualify) but can only select UPS.

- I want my items to ship via UPS Haz-Mat how do I purchase the required shipping?

- What has to ship Haz-Mat ?

- Where can items marked as Haz be shipped?
Only to the contiguous 48 states.
- When ordering H and above motors what info do I need to give you?
In the CHECK OUT area in the Additional Information field please list your Cert Level and N.A.R. or Tripoli Membership number.
- I have no idea what your are saying in the previous FAQ. or I am about to go for my Cert 1.
Please call the store on Saturday to get additional information or make arrangements to get you first motor.
